Instituted in 1990, the Innovation Awards honor the people, products, and technologies that have shaped the semiconductor industry over the past year.

Totem-SE addresses the challenges associated with global coupling of power/ground noise, substrate noise, and package/PCB capacitive and inductive noise in analog and mixed-signal designs.
